Hiring Process

The hiring process is our opportunity to learn about you, your experiences and career goals, but equally important, it is your opportunity to learn about us. Check out our hiring process and find out what you can expect as you navigate potential opportunities at ECI.

  • Search our open jobs for positions that interest you or explore your interest in our career overview.
  • Fill out and submit the online application.  
  • You will receive an email confirmation that we have received it.

 

Apply at ECI

  • Our recruiters review resumes submitted via our career site and forward qualified applicants onto the hiring manager for interview considerations.
  • Once a suitable number of candidates are identified, each candidate is contacted for an interview. The review process can generally take from two to four weeks.
  • Due to the volume of applications that we receive, we do not contact all candidates to provide status updates.
  • If your background matches our hiring needs a recruiter or hiring manager will contact you directly.

  • If you’re chosen for an interview, we’ll contact you to set up a time.
  • Depending on where the position you applied to is located, the interview process may vary in format and length.
  • You will likely be interviewed by telephone or video or in person with the hiring manager or recruiter.

  • If the hiring manager decides you are the right fit for the position, the manager will extend a verbal offer of employment.
  • Once you accept the verbal offer, a written offer will be sent to you which you need to sign and send back within the timeframe specified in the letter.
  • All offers of employment are contingent on a satisfactory background check result.
